Basically, the women is beaten and abused by her husband, then commits suicide from shame/public pressure/etc and is now sued for being a lousy spokeswoman and bringing shame and disgrace upon her client’s products. And the Supreme Court overturned the lower courts decision, thus ruling in favor of the company sueing the actress.
Let me see if I can get this one straight: the ex-pres commits legitimate crimes, kills himself and then the investigation/charges are dropped, while this actress commits no crime, kills herself after being a victim to a horrible act, still continues to face an asinine law suit and actually loses it. Wow.
